VICAR
Our church (ER170) has a generous and inclusive ethos rooted in an open evangelical tradition with a strong commitment to biblical teaching. We value collaborative ministry and have an openness to change and growth.
Our new priest will be someone who has deep spirituality and vision. She or he will be able to support us by:
- Working to nurture and develop the faith of the diverse congregation
- Leading us in rich and varied worship, both formal and informal
- Exploring imaginative and creative ways of addressing the differing needs of a varied parish in a cosmopolitan area
- Encouraging, enabling and equipping the congregation in mission and ministry
- Developing closer links with young people in the parish
- Building on connections with the wider local, Christian and other faith communities
